It is a story in the Chubu region in Japan. It is a Mie Prefecture [inabe] city.

‘Ishigure-tonneru' is scheduled to open in the spring of 2011.

A lot of tunnels are in Japan. Of course, there are a lot of tunnels also in the world.


It is a story of the tunnel that will open next year. Shiga Prefecture and between Mie Prefecture there. Mie Prefecture is an area where I live. The name of the tunnel is said 'ishigure-tunnel'.


'inabe-city' and 'oumi-city'. The two towns become near. The tunnel opening to traffic : in the cause. I am glad. I welcome the tunnel opening to traffic.



The tunnel opens. There is a person who doesn't think this to be glad. Because the number of cars increases.


I am worried.
There is a person not pleased. And, what can the person do?
